Barre Inspired Leg Workout

Most women I talk to that don’t go to the gym say they don’t have enough time. So I decided to make a workout video that doesn’t require you to go anywhere. This workout can be done at home or on the go and can be done with or without weights and doesn’t require a Barre. It is a quick and very effective leg workout. It targets the hamstrings, quads, inner thighs, outer thighs and even some glutes. I added a few compound movements (arms) to make it slightly more challenging.

For those just starting out I suggest going through the workout once with no weights or with two to three pound weights. For a more challenging workout try two to three rounds with three to five pound weights. Adjust as needed.
