Everyone sticking to their New Years Resolutions? I know lots of people have kicked off the year with a resolution to get back in shape. Don’t let those haters that make fun of New Years resolutions get you down. I think the New Year is the perfect time to reset and restart!
People ask me all the time about how to “get abs”. While this workout with “get you” abs unfortunately if you want to actually see them most of the work has to be done in the kitchen. Getting abs is done in the gym but seeing abs has more to do with your diet. Don’t let that get you down though. Having a strong core is so important. We use our core muscles all day, everyday so making them stronger is so important!
This is an awesome core workout. It works all the major muscles of your center and I even threw in some arms as a bonus for you guys! You can use some light hand weights if you want or do the workout without them.
I love these YouTube workout videos because they are perfect for busy moms. You can do them at home while the kids run around like feral children or if you’re a busy mom on the go from a hotel room.
