You’re always working hard, taking care of everyone else. When is it your turn? You deserve to feel strong, sexy, and comfortable in your own body. And honestly – after working long hours in my business, then spending another couple hours refereeing the kids – I need to let off some steam too!

Let’s get your energy up, your confidence high, and most importantly, give you some time to focus on taking care of you. After all, you can only take care of others if you’re feeling healthy yourself!

Oh, one other thing – it’s totally okay to take on fitness because you want a body that feels strong and sexy! Yes, tell the media – women over forty can be hot and confident and be moms too!
